Full control of the welding process with the hot plate

The welding process is continuously monitored with the applied control system. All relevant parameters can be precisely adjusted and the station is prepared for the use of interchangeable tools.

Hot plate welding

The components are connected by heating up the plates, plasticization, softening of the plastic, pressing the two parts together. Workpieces are positioned in sockets matching the shape of the plates.
